An immersive digital learning experience uniting interactive 3D, web technology and motion design This project reimagines traditional leadership workshops as a cohesive digital learning ecosystem. Built around “Leading and Inspiring Your Team,” the experience transforms abstract leadership frameworks into interactive, decision-based learning. Rather than digitising slides, the system creates a spatial environment where learners explore concepts, make choices, and see the impact of their leadership style in real time. At its core is a browser-based 3D model developed in Cinema 4D and deployed through a real-time web pipeline. Learners rotate and inspect leadership frameworks, select approaches such as Directive, Coaching, Supporting or Delegating, and receive immediate visual feedback that reflects behavioural consequences. A structured interface integrates reflective prompts and micro-assessments, reinforcing practical application and supporting both self-paced and blended delivery. The ecosystem extends beyond the interactive tool, incorporating motion-driven explainer content and a professionally designed booklet to ensure continuity across digital, video and workshop environments. The result is a scalable blueprint for modern leadership development — demonstrating how immersive technologies can elevate engagement, strengthen retention and bridge the gap between theory and workplace practice.
